FAQ’s & Payment

  • Daily Rental Time is considered 8 hours.
    • Delivery/Set-up will take place 1 to 2 hours prior to schedule start time.
  • $50.00 Deposit is required for Inflatable Rentals
    • All Deposits are non-refundable unless you need to cancel due to inclement weather scheduled on the date of your event. You will be issued a ‘Raincheck’ and you will have 14 days to reschedule your event before forfeiting deposit amount.
  • All credit card transactions please include $5 service fee.
  • Additional mileage rate = $5 per mile outside delivery area (50 mile radius from 75232)
  • Remainder due is required via Credit Card or PayPal at the time of Delivery/Set-up
    • We do accept Cash for remainder of payment at the time of Delivery/Set-up. Please provide exact amount, our drivers do not carry change.
  • If setting up your event/party in an area where electricity is not available within 65 ft. you MUST rent a generator. We do have our own generator and can provide at $85.00 per day.
  • Payment can be made via Cash, Cash app or Zelle.
